After purchasing a course, you can access it by logging into your account and navigating to "My Courses" section. All your purchased courses will be listed there with direct access links.

Yes, Premium Pass members can download course materials for offline viewing. Basic Pass members have online access only. You can find download options in each course module.

Certificates are automatically generated once you complete 100% of the course content and pass all required assessments. You can download your certificate from the course completion page.

The VAC (Value Added Certificate) program is our premium certification program launching in Q1 2026. It includes industry-recognized certificates, practical skill assessments, and career enhancement focus. Premium Plan subscribers get 1 VAC program included.

Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, requests must be made within 7 days for individual courses with less than 20% content accessed.

You can contact instructors through the course discussion forums or by using the "Ask Instructor" feature available in each course module. Premium Pass members get priority instructor support.
